Robot RoyaleTerms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Robot Royale Games (“we”, “us”) about playing Robot Royale (“the game”). By playing, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you got the game from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if these terms and Apple’s agreement differ, these terms apply between you and us, but they don’t reduce any of your rights under Apple’s agreement or the law.
Who can play
The game is for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
Your account
- You need an account to play online. Keep it to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on it.
- One account can be played on one device at a time.
- You can delete your account at any time from ⚙ Settings → Account → Delete account, or at bot-battle-arena.web.app/delete-account.html.
Virtual items
- Coins, gems, parts, weapons, paint jobs, passes and other in-game items are a limited licence to use in the game. They are not real money, have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and can’t be sold or transferred to other players or accounts.
- Coins and gems you buy or win don’t expire while your account exists.
- Purchases in the iPhone app are made through Apple’s App Store and follow Apple’s terms. Refund requests for App Store purchases go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchases are tied to your game account, so they come back when you sign in on another device.
- Where the game includes random rewards (for example the Epic Pass Legendary Roulette or the Daily Rewards Day 28 spin), the odds are shown before you buy.
- We may change the game, its items and prices to keep it balanced and fun. If we ever close the game for good, we’ll give notice in the game first.
Weekend Cups, leaderboards and events
- Weekend Cups, Crew League, event leaderboards and other contests are run by Robot Royale Games. Some Weekend Cups take an entry fee in gems; no contest takes real money. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, any contest, sweepstake or event in the game in any way. The same applies to Google.
- Prizes are in-game items only, with no cash value. Results are decided by the game’s server, and the rules shown in the game for each contest apply. Cheating, sharing accounts or using more than one account to win removes you from that contest.
- If a contest is cancelled, entry fees in gems are refunded to your Mail.
Playing fair and being kind
Robot Royale has chat, Crews, clips, friends and robot names that other players can see. When you use them you must not:
- bully, harass, threaten or hate on anyone, or post anything sexual, violent, hateful or illegal;
- share personal details such as phone numbers, addresses, social media or other contact information (yours or anyone else’s);
- pretend to be another player, a staff member, Apple or anyone else;
- spam, advertise, or offer to trade or sell accounts or items;
- cheat, hack, use bots or modified clients, or exploit bugs.
Chat is filtered for rude words and personal details. You can report or block any player from their message, a clip or a friend request, and crew leaders and officers can remove messages and clips. We review reports, usually within 24 hours, and can remove content, mute or ban chat, remove names, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Objectionable content we find is removed and the player who posted it may be removed from the game.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you create, such as robot names, messages and clips. You let us store, show and share it inside the game so the features work, and remove it when we need to. Robot names that are rude or misleading may be changed.
Ads
The iPhone app has optional reward ads that only play when you choose to watch one. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Use Report an ad in the Free Reward panel to tell us about a bad ad.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the game running, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or have bugs. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost items or progress caused by things outside our control, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law, that can’t be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and tell you in the game about important changes. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
